Nearly 20 Boston Metro areas building solar PV projects

Boston communities are expanding their solar reach, as municipalities seek to reduce their electricity costs and carbon footprints, and the Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) advances its Regional Solar Initiative. BlueWave Capital To Build Solar Projects In 17 Greater Boston Communities

State crackdown shuts migrant labor camps in Western Mass.

A task force of labor investigators shut down two “farm labor camps” in Western Massachusetts last year after finding migrant workers underpaid, overworked, and living in squalor, in part of statewide crackdown on employers that dodge wage, hours, tax, and worker safety laws. Teens recall Israel trip cut short
