Southborough manufacturer extends lease

The 40-year-old Southborough-based Webco Engineering has signed a lease extension Wednesday for its headquarters at 155 Northborough Rd., according to an announcement from Greater Boston Commercial Properties, which handled the transaction. While terms of the lease extension were not released, Greater Boston Commercial Properties said the extension will allow the manufacturer of custom equipment for the paper industry to continue to utilize 3,000 square feet of the 12,432-square-foot facility for both its office and design space, with the rest used for manufacturing purposes.
