A wave of Arctic cold is dominating Greater Boston today as the latest winter storm winds down in most of the state, but is expected to generate blizzard-like conditions on the South Shore and the Cape Cod and the Islands for most of the day. Marlborough firm lands 3 multi-year leases in MetroWest

Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. of Marlborough has announced three new commercial office lease deals in Westborough and Framingham, totaling more than 11,000 square feet.Hiperos LLC, a computer software company specializing in third-party management, signed a two-year lease on a 2,704 square-foot property at 176 East Main St. in Westborough.
