Real estate investment and development company KS Partners LLC has named Jones Lang LaSalle’s leasing team of Managing Director Phil DeSimone and Assistant Vice President Matthew Giffune exclusive agents for its 268,883-square-foot Metrowest Portfolio.
Jones Lang LaSalle was appointed to lease these five first class office and RD buildings in Greater Boston: 115 117 Flanders Road and 2200 West Park Drive in Westborough, 333 and 337 Turnpike Road in Southborough. All of the buildings are located on or near Route 9 within minutes of the Mass Pike.
115 Flanders is a two-story 65,000-square-foot office/RD facility ½-mile from the intersection of I-495 and Route 9. It features a recently renovated two-story atrium lobby, and a climate control energy management system.
2200 West Park Drive is a four-story 75,000-square-foot office building in Westborough Office Park at the I-495 and Route 9 interchange. Recent capital improvements include a new entrance leading to a four-story atrium lobby, high end interior finishes, oversized windows, and redundant fiber optics.
The two-story 39,000-square-foot office/RD buildings at 333 and 337 Turnpike Road are located directly on Route 9.
Current tenants in the buildings include: Boston Power, Sidera Networks, Arris Becker College, and Clark University.
