NYU Student Wins Poetry Book Contest

The Medulla Review Publishing, an independent small press located in the Greater Boston area announces the release of Moumita Basuroychowdhury’s poetry book, “Live Nude.” The author is a student at NYU and a resident of Edison, NJ.

The publisher states that Basuroychowdhury, while previously unpublished, managed to win the contest over many established poets with her experimental verse, which challenges multi-cultural and psychological boundaries. From the book: “…and she grew to be of a martian race freckled with insanity.” Copies of Live Nude are currently available at Amazon in ebook and print.

In addition to publication, Basuroychowdhury will receive $100 in contest earnings, plus royalties. The Medulla Review Publishing has seven imprints and is currently open for submissions. For more information, visit their website: www.themedullareview.com
