An increase in the number of homes hitting the market across Greater Boston has meant there are more listings to choose from, brokers say. In some cases, buyers are even able to haggle over price, instead of simply asking “how high” before signing Continue reading >>>

(Jesse Costa/WBUR) In lamenting the sleepy state of the Massachusetts governor’s race, much has been made of the less-than-electrifying personas of the two front-runners. It’s true that neither Republican Charlie Baker nor Democrat Martha Coakley will be accused of speechifying in the spellbinding manner of Deval Patrick, or of having the mesmerizing, retail charm of Bill Clinton on the stump. Aerosmith’s Joe Perry visits ‘Greater Boston’ to talk ‘Rocks’

Rooney wore a sleeveless leather dress for her sitdown with the Aerosmith guitarist, who’s making the media rounds hyping his new memoir, “Rocks: My Life In and Out of Aerosmith.” In the book, Perry says he didn’t have as much sex as frontman Steven Tyler, whose frolics were legendary. But the guitarist does mention a torrid fling with “Laugh-In” comedian-actress Judy Carne. “Judy,” he writes, Continue reading >>>
