Greater Boston YMCA lowers membership costs

Westborough Building Leased

Children’s Workshop, a day-care, has agreed to rent 6,124 square-feet of space in a single-story Westborough building at 6 Bellows Rd., according to the broker involved in the transaction.

Children’s Workshop will lease the space from Realty Income, a real estate investment trust with holdings in 49 states.

Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties represented Realty Income while Eric Brosler of Metrowest Commercial Real Estate represented Children’s Workshop.


Office construction makes comeback

Construction of office buildings is picking up pace in Greater Boston, with the growth of biotechnology companies helping revive a market that all but disappeared in the depths of the recent economic downturn.
